Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile Dysfunction

Erectile dysfunction is defined most often as the inability to achieve or maintain erection for sexual intercourse.  It may affect men of all ages for a variety of reasons, and most often men who undergo a prostatectomy for a period of time.

Pelvic floor muscle training and cardiovascular exercise have been shown to be safe and effective in assisting erectile dysfunction.  After consultation and determining the areas to concentrate on, an exercise program is tailored for you including pelvic floor and general exercise advise.

If you, or you partner is currently experiencing difficulties with erectile function, and would like to have a confidential appointment to see how physiotherapy can improve your situation, then get in contact today.
